I'm a big fan of using the self timer function on my camera but ever tried to find the perfect spot to rest your camera & then race back to the group to get into the picture, only to find out all your heads are cut off because you didn't quite get your camera in the right position on the rock you had to use?! The Gorillapod by Joby is seriously the coolest invention ever. Just connect to the bottom of your camera and attach it to almost anything to get that the perfect shot. With the same concept as a tri-pod, the Gorillapod creates a stable place to rest your camera, only it can travel on any adventure your attempting. what a GREAT idea. I could use this anywhere but it would be fun on the play ground to get fun pics of the kids etc
