What to take to the pool?

Going to the pool is pretty much on our everyday agenda. With 3 kids and myself, we have a lot to get ready before we go. Thank goodness for Room It Up! The boys can get themselves ready & I get on my suit and wrap up in my Spa Wrap. Since you can only do yourself up so much going to the pool, I always remember to grab my Ruffle Towel Clutch. We usually eat lunch before we go but after our long walk to the pool, we're usually hungry by the time we get there... Good thing Room It up also has a cooler , I can also pack full of snacks!

I heart the snap

I love it when I hear about couples working together, almost as much as I heart the "Heart Matrix" onesie. Sale at Oh So Sassy!

Never let's me down

Every season, I look forward to seeing what new clothing Athleta comes out with. I first tried out the swim line last summer and fell in love. Whether you're a Mom, teen or athlete, they have something that will fit your needs. Once again, Athleta's new swim line hasn't disappointed me. There's so many styles & ways to mix and match, it was hard to choose. In the end the Kalamata won my heart... So did this Rio Maxi dress. I'm all about comfort and staying cool this summer & I wish I never had to take this dress off;)

I'd hate to be the 1st one eliminated..

Are there any big Survivor fans out there? There once was a time when I was obsessed. I'm not so much a hard core Survivor watcher anymore but I do remember thinking how cool the buffs were they would wear. Every episode, someone was wearing their differently!
Buff Headwear recently sent me a few to try out. I spent half a day playing around with them, twisting and turning. I have to say, I love them! I spend most of my days lately by the pool and these are perfect for pool days. I don't need to worry about doing my hair, I just slip on a Buff & go. Since it's multifunctional, I can still change things up a bit everyday. If you're spending anytime outside this summer, grab a Buff & stay in the game!

What training wheels?

A few weeks ago my 3 year old had a neighbor friend over to play. Her bike was sitting in the yard & without hesitation he quickly jumped on and took off down the street. His brothers immediately starting shouting, which got my attention... My 3 year was riding a bike with NO training wheels & he didn't even think about it!
I wish I could say that he's just a fast learner but we actually owe a lot of the credit to the new Strider bike we tested out. It looks like a bike, just with out pedals. I know that sounds odd but this cool invention teaches a child balance. Balance, is all they really need to learn... training wheels just hold them back in the long run. After a few months of actually learning the correct skills, no doubt your 3 year old will be riding a 2 wheeler in no time too! I've been recommending this bike to everyone, you definitely need to check it out...

Oh the fun they could have

I saw this Incred-A-Ball and I immediately thought of all the hours of fun my boys would have playing with it outside this summer... Of course someone will probably cry but hopefully it's just because they want another turn;)
