Down time

It's very rare that a week will go by without someone (meaning me) having a headache in our house. When mom has a headache my kids are well trained to know to stay quite. The other night I felt a migraine coming on and I just could not get my head comfortable. I can't tell you how thankful I was to have a lavender and buckwheat hull pillow from Mireio. The lavender aroma was so calming & I was able to relax while waiting for the tension in my head to melt away. This is one of the must have items, I will not travel without:)

Sometimes finding the right words can be a challenge. But apparently some of us are better at expressing ourselves than others. I didn't think it was possible for my boys to sit quietly, thank goodness for SW Designs & their interactive quiet books!
