I always love going home for holidays because my Mom always has the table set for a Queen. I just love it when she breaks out all the fancy china. Slowly but surely I'm collecting classy tableware. I'm excited to invite some friends over for dinner so I can use my new Palm Tree place cards from Place Tile. Not into Palm Tree's? There's loads of different styles & themes to choose from. It's always fun to plan a big meal & complete it with a seating chart:)

Part of my routine

I'm not good about washing my face before hit my pillow at night. I know, it's bad. But since I heard about Origins I've added a nightly routine & I've stuck to it! Here's it goes...

Cold Feet

On days like today, I wish I was somewhere warm and sunny. I can't ever seem to get warm and the thing I hate most about being outdoors in the winter, is that no matter what, my feet are always cold. About a month ago my husband bought himself a snowmobile and even though I was reluctant... I have to admit, it's a blast! All except for my frozen feet. When I saw the winter boots from KEEN, I knew I had to have them. Yes, they look cool but staying warm is higher up on my list of priorities. Made with climate control rubber soles and warm insulation, there's noway any cold air is getting in. Plus, they are waterproof, so there's no way my socks will be wet. My husband of course likes the fact that his Summit Boots can last in temperatures up to -35F & of course that since I've gotten my Vail Boots, he's heard a lot less complaining from me... well at least about my cold feet:)

Sleep much?

It's very rare that I get to sleep before 1am most nights. It seems to be the time when my brain is functioning properly. Unfortunately, some mornings I wake up with these dark circles under my eyes that show my lack of sleep:) Thank goodness for EyeSlices eye treatment pads! Quite the stack

I always feel so bad after the holidays are over and I have this massive stack of Christmas cards. Seriously, I can't throw them away! These plantable cards from A Moment... A Memory definitely fit all the characteristics of a rare find. They are one of a kind on Etsy & I love that I found them. Made from 100% recycled materials and contain wild flower seeds, just remove this sweet cupcake print and plant the card in your garden. I can't wait to try this & to all of you that sent me Christmas cards this year, don't worry I haven't thrown your card out. Maybe next time you want to send me a card though, you can send me one of these & instead of forgetting about your card in my stack.... I'll have flowers to remember you:)
