While that might be how it is in some houses... I'm just happy when I hear my kids say "Please & Thank You!" I must say that despite the lack of manners at our dinner table, I do try to teach them correct etiquette (for when we're out in public!) These Teaching Placemats, from Butter Bean Bambina, have been a real hit lately.
Not only are they made with cool retro fabrics but my kids try so hard to line the silverware up just right. I love that there is way less mess because everyone is trying so carefully to put things back where they go. Now, if only I could get my husband to use this....
